Ginger Soy Dressing

Ingredients:


1/2 cup lite soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1 teaspoon granulated sugar substitute
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a small jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously until well blended. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. Shake again before serving. 16 servings/Serving size: 1 Tbsp
